If anyone sees this who is looking for a place in Ottawa, I am renting out my second bedroom in my apartment on Croydon Avenue near Carling wood Mall and Algonquin College.

Money - our entire worlds revovle around it, little pieces of paper and round coins, so simple and weak but they rule our world. Every decision we make, step we take, all of it, money is a huge factor for everything. It can make us do things we don't want to even do. Im about to go to college, thats expensive, im gonna be living somewhere new, that costs money. But it shouldnt mold my life how I do not want it to. It should not hang over our heads or lead us where to go. I have dreams, plans, things I want, and money could ruin them. That does not mean I will let it, that's why I've saved my money and why I want 2 jobs this summer, therefore I will not need anything from my parents, cause money will not be a problem. I just wish others did the same...
I want to live with my boyfriend when I leave, our parents do not. They are willing to threaten us with money. This may not be a problem for me, I might be able to say, "fine, go right ahead and don't help to pay, I don't need your money", my boyfriend sadly can't say the same...
Money makes us do things we don't want to do, its like strings attached to a puppet, and we're the puppets.
